Episode 94: The Benefits of an IEP Goal Bank

Jen Murphy from The Sped Collective is joining me today to talk about how she streamlined the IEP writing process and learned not to overcomplicate the job and part of that approach involves using goal banks.

After giving it her all, Jen Murphy, M.Ed, CAGS (founder of Sped Collective), hit burnout three separate times. She knew something needed to change, so she made herself her number priority. She fixed unhealthy habits and created tools to streamline her IEP writing process.
Having learned not to overcomplicate the job of being a special education teacher, Jen streamlined her approach to allow her to live a life beyond her classroom walls. It all clicked, and she knew she wasn’t alone. She set out on a mission to find a community of like-minded educators ready to make a difference.
