After reading the quote "If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete" I realized that as teachers, especially special education teachers, we give and give but we often forget to take care of ourselves. Today’s show is all about self care.
Today, I am going to share with you my top 5 ways that I provide a little love to myself during stressful times.
In this episode I give you permission to spend a little time or money on yourself.
Use the SELF CALENDAR to help find the perfect way to show yourself a little self love.
The goal of this episode is to give you the tools you need to find an individual who will make a good fit. Their success is your success. So take your time and put in the work to find the right person.
