Ep #5: How to Overcome Overwhelm in a Special Education Classroom
What a crazy beginning of a school year it has been! This might possibly be the most overwhelmed I've been at the start of a year.
In this episode I share some of my struggles with you and 3 ways I cope with being overwhelmed so that you don't feel like you're all alone in this profession.
My hope is that you internalize my words and with any luck you find some peace in this crazy profession and this even crazier school year.
Believe me...you are stronger than you know and you will get through these tough times. Whether you are a brand new teacher or one that has doing this for multiple decades like I have, these tough times will pass. And when they come around again in the future, you’ll have a better handle on how to deal with the overwhelm.
