I don't know how many times I've come across this topic lately of special educators saying they cannot continue working in their current school. They are burned out, feel underappreciated and over worked and really need a change in their lives.
But something is holding them back...and it's usually guilt.
In this episode, Lindsey Gurley shares her story about how she was feeling the same way, but with some soul-searching was able to come to peace with her decision and just went for it.
